This is truly versatile tank and can be utilised in a variety of rainwater

harvesting applications. With a small footprint and a massive 1500

litre capacity, this tank offers a larger scale of rainwater harvesting

where an underground system may be inappropriate. The tank can

sit alongside a garden path, or be installed in a garage,

cellar or plant room servicing multiple occupants.

This wall-mounted water butt is ideal for use in gardens where space is at a premium and aesthetics are paramount. It can be mounted to leave plenty of room underneath for buckets and watering can and will also allow a hose to be attached. Capacity: 160 litres (35 gallons). Includes rain diverter. The Rc Roof Tank is designed for use on �at roofs and in attic spaces. It boasts a large capacity with an extremely �at pro�le. The 280mm height allows entry to attic between joists and trusses.

The tanks have 2 No. 3/4“ BSP brass threaded Connections, 1 No. at each end.

There is a connection point to connect a �lter, and larger connections can be �tted on request.

The underground tank is, unlike common underground tanks, manufactured by injection compression which is unique all over the world for tanks of this size. Injection compression provides the tank with unbeatable of the individual components.

Unlike ordinary underground tanks, the wall thickness is determinable equally in all parts of the tank. The production tolerances are minimum. One of the largest injection moulding machines had to be developed and constructed for the production of the tank series . The result is a top class product: strong, accurate and user-friendly.

The underground tank is made of the quality material Duralen®. Duralen® is an extremely and

impact resistant material and therefore ideally suited for producing underground tanks. The little

warping provide ideal stability to the underground tank. The material assures a unique life expectancy

of your underground tank. In addition, Duralen® can be recycled easilyconvince!

Highest possible stability thanks to special construction method

The Raincatcher underground tank is so stable thanks to its special construction method that it can be completely installed in groundwater or stratum water and in cohesive soil (e.g. loam).The maximum groundwater level corresponds to the ground surface (= turf) with an earth covering of at least 800 mm (31.5 inch) and when using the anti-buoyancy measure.

When the rain water contained in the collection tank is insu cient, the control unit passes to the mains water supply thereby ensuring a of water at the extraction points (The water supplied by the Raincatcher 3 is not drinkable).The connection between the rain water collection tank and the mains water collection tank, which is integrated into the system, is selected by a three-way valve to the pump suction.The pump operates exactly the same as a pump with a “start-stop” system using and pressure control. Multigo pump control unitWhen the control panle is powered on the ‘mains power on’ pilot light comes on to indicate the unit is functioning properly.Using the two ‘automatic-off-manual’ selectors, the motors can be directly governed by the operator, if the person is present(manual) or by means of outside controls (automatic).

The F1 control is for alternatively operating the two motors. The F2control is for running both motors, but with a delay of four seconds between them (to avoid network overloads). Each motor’s operationis indicated by the fact that the ‘motor on’ pilot light comes on. Ifone of the thermal relays is tripped, the motor stops and the ‘thermalrelay button’ jumps out. The ‘motor protection enabled’ pilot lightcomes on and the alarm is triggered.If the ‘min/max’ contact is tripped, the motor stops, the ‘alarm’ pilotlight comes on and the alarm relay is tripped.

The SCK3G and Divertron are portable, high head, automatic pumps constructed in a composite of high quality engineering plastics. They are both designed for clean water applications only.

The SCK3G has a basic submersible pump design and is intended for domestic and light industrial applications. It has a stainless steel shaft and this is tted with a single mechanical seal in carbon. It has an integral starting capacitor, a non-return valve and an adjustable level control oat switch. It is not recommended for operation against the closed valve of a tap or a nozzle. It is supplied with 10 metres of H07RN-F rubber power cable and 20 metres of lifting rope. The maximum depth of submersion is 5 metres.

The Divertron is a multi-stage pump, with integral electronics for sophisticated, high head use in domestic and industrial applications. This way a school or company can demonstrate their eagerness to help the environment and act as a role model. The In�ltration Tunnel has been mainly designed for the use in private and rural areas. The system which con-sists of one or several tunnel modules and two end plates can be extended at will. The laying is realized in one or more lines of the same level. As the weight of one module is only 11 kilos, the handling of the In�ltration Tunnel is excellent. The surface beyond the tunnels is vehicle loading which o�ers versatile possi-bilities for utilisation.

Vehicle loading

For o�ering versatile possibilities of utilisation, the surface beyond the in�ltration tunnels can be loaded permanently up to 3.5 tons/sqm and thus is also suitable for vehicle loading.

Easy installation

The In�ltration Tunnels are laid in lines and can be �exibly adapted to speci�c conditions and to the individual storage volume requested. The installation of the modules is easy, quick and variable. The installation is possible without heavy equipment, as one in�ltration tunnel only weighs 11 kilos. A Hydro-Valve is a device for controlling fluid flow by hydraulic effect without requiring moving parts. At low flow rates, water enters through the inlet passes through the vortex chamber to the outlet with no restriction. As head height increases hydrostatic pressure also increases, this pressure forces fluid through the valve with enough energy to create a vortex in the vortex chamber which results in a considerable pressure drop between the inlet and outlet restricting flow to the required discharge rate (e.g. 5 l/s)

The creation of a forced vortex in the chamber allows an outlet orifice much larger in size (3-5 times the CSA) than that of conventional devices. A forced vortex ensures highest velocity will occur at the outer wall, this will inherently shift any solids towards the centre where velocity is lowest. The solids can then exit the valve minimising the risk of blockage.

Hydro-Valves have many advantages which include no moving parts, self activating, self cleansing, no external power source required and minimal maintenance.

Design Flow - This is generally the maximum flow that is required at the designed upstream head of water. (e.g. Pre-development run-off rate of 5 l/s)

Flush Flow - This is the point at which a pressure difference begins to initiate in the vortex chamber having a throttling effect over the flow. The closer this is to the design flow the more water that will pass through this unit in the early stages of a rainstorm event.

Kick-Back Flow - This is the point at which the vortex has been initiated and

at which time the curve begins to return

back to that of an orifice plate performance curve.
