Place of Service for Telehealth
★ There are 3 methods of managing POS by appointment type
○Default from Appointment Note Defaults
○Send to Posting Review
○Location (not preferred, but available)
Add Modifiers by Place of Service★ When set up correctly, then the CCI edit
box will show the Coding Edit that was invoked

Modifiers for Telehealth - Primary vs Secondary
Managing Payers with Different Modifier Requirements
★ To ensure billing uses the correct modifiers, you need to use the suppression options for the telehealth modifiers this payer does not want
○ HCFA option # 105○ UB04 Option # 92○ A837i Option #129○ A837p Option #104
★ You can also set specific combinations for CPT codes to suppress the GO,GP & GN codes for billing specific codes, example G2061:GP
★ Do we need to add an option to suppress/prevent posting of modifiers based on POS?
Managing Payers with Different Modifier Requirements
★ With these option defined the claims will now select the correct modifiers for both primary and secondary
Place of Service for Telehealth - Primary vs Secondary
★ If Primary and Secondary require different POS for same charges
Posting Review by Appointment Tpe★ An option to set a specific appointment
type to require posting review has been added
★ Also, an option to require posting review if the expected charges for a specific appointment are above or below a specified threshold
★ Reminder - Any user that has POST4OTHERS security is always allowed to post charges, regardless of posting review setup options
★ Requires Scheduler Library Package○ 166478 for 2020.1○ 159497.4 for 2019.3

Posting Review by Appointment Tpe★ Now when sending to Posting Review,
the Appointment Type will be visible on the Posting Review Tab List
★ Available in the 2020.1 Release

POS have been added to the FC and INS setup
★ Currently available in 2020.1, planned for release to 2019.2 & 2019.3 soon
★ All items relating to posting and billing review have been moved to a new tab called “Review”

★ Question: How does the Posting Review Review TAB compare to the Service Ticket TAB?
★ How can I make sure that all Service Tickets that have been signed have been sent to Posting Review?
★ Answer: Click column header to sort by review flag. Those with the X are ready for Review and Post

★ Answer: Use the Charge POS available on the standard report filter

E-Checkin
★ Patient Message Center★ Must be patient initiated request,
different from Telehealth
★ Marketing blasts to alert patients of the message center to initiate requests
★ Send a personal message on Cases that haven’t been discharged, but no upcoming visit in next 7 days (Work from Case Load). Encourage them to login to Patient Dashboard to communicate questions on their treatment in between scheduled visits

Telehealth vs E-Visit
● Patient Logs into Patient Dashboard and initiates the request.
● Incoming Message is routed from Centralized Patient Dashboard Review list. This is not a Scheduled appointment but a Task is routed to Patty Therapist for response.
● Message Center can be used inside of Raintree instead of Task, Task is only to notify and start/stop new message subjects or threads.
