★ Requested ability to stop CCTCK records from being signed in a batch

★ The purpose of this feature is to require the provider to stop and fix these records prior to signing

★ The 2020.1 Release contains the ability to stop CCTCK Claim Correction Tickets from being included in the Dashboard > Batch Signoff process

★ Sign-off Library Package Setup options #17 and #18 (set to Yes)

New Idea - Intake Access

★ The ability to access the full Patient File when an Intake is in progress has been requested by multiple customers

★ One workflow is that the initial phone call is just collecting a name and phone number, so a “shell” account is created. Someone later calls to get the detailed information to complete the Intake

★ Another workflow is that the Intake is completed up to adding the payors, and then someone else adds payors, especially in the case of Work Comp

○ Option to close Intake for this scenario
