About our locationLocated at Upper Bukit Timah road, Terence’s homestay provides an easy access to the Bukit Timah Nature Reserves, PIE and AYE. Surrounded by good schools and educational institutions, it also provides a conducive environment for your child to further his learning journey.

Our homestay is situated in the Raintree, a brand new development. Completed earlier this year, it boasts of a state of the art gym room and a 50m lap pool, besides the BBQ pits and function rooms so your child can enjoy the facilities when he takes a break from his studies.
