    I am a One Point Contact for the Guests & fulfill all their requirements

    including all meal orders, reservation for any restaurents either in the hotel

    or outside, all laundry services, shopping facility, City tour, Flight tickets,

    Airport Pick-up/ Drop & many more.

    In case of no VIP arrival I am a part of Butler Service Department & Take

    the orders of the guests on Control Desk & handle the shift by fulfilling allthe checklists of the In-house guests on daily basis.

    On a rotational basis I serve the guests in The VIP Lounge named Upper

    Crust in Happy Hours & after that take the all Liqour Inventory on daily

    basis.

    I am also a part of A.E.T (Area Effectiveness Team) in hotel & also pay myfull attention towards the G.D.B (Guest Delight Bank) which maintaines

    regularly.
