and Policy: Responsible of the legal aspects regarding competition law cases,

Competition analysis, drafting case reports. Conducted presentations to the Board of Directors. Investigated several sectors including cement, energy and

Participated in drafting the Egyptian Competition Law (ECL) amendments (Law No56/2014)

Participated in drafting the Merger and Acquisition Control law provisions (awaiting approval)

Participated in drafting the ECL’s executive regulations (awaiting approval)

Participated in drafting a paper to the World Bank by which ECA won the first prize concerning the second theme: “Assessing the potential negative effects of certain rules and regulations on the market and informing policy makers and public authorities.”

Drafted two research papers regarding: Horizontal Cooperation Agreements and Exemptions with a comparative analysis for both subject with the US and the EU law; and Participated in drafting several other competition policy papers
