Promotion Description

Promotional discounts– XT5000

– HW – standard pricing– SMB9 SW License – 40% incremental discount

– XT4200– 15% incremental discount

– NOTES– Standard discounts apply on Maintenance, and is not discounted as part of

this promotion– The SMB9 SW license has to be ordered with the XT5000, and can’t be

ordered separately– The incremental discounts are on top of standard discounts, so if standard

discount is 50% then the SMB9 SW license will get 90% off list, and the XT4200 will get 65% discount.

Process

1. Create a formal quote for the endpoints you want for your customer

2. Complete the attached form to certify that the end user is in the Education sector, and attach it to your opportunity in SFDC (the partner involved needs to sign).

3. Add Campaign code “RTC EMEA FY13 XT for Education Sector” to the SFDC opportunity

4. Raise an SSR to request XT for Education Sector promotional discount, and request the deals desk to contact me to confirm pricing.

5. The Deals Desk will aim to confirm pricing within 24 hrs.

Rules and Terms & Conditions

Include all XT for Education Sector items on a single quote, don’t include other items.

Only one incremental discount can be applied to a sales order/purchase order.

Discount will apply only to those items in the promotion eligibility list, it is not all inclusive.  Please see the Addendum at the end of this document

Although different items have different levels of discount, the deals desk will blend the discounts across the quote

2 In the next window, click on the search box

3 In the lookup window from the Search Within drop down box select “All Campaigns”

4 In the Search box enter “ *XT for Education* ” (including the * wild cards) and hit Go
