Journal EntriesQuote of the day:You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop

to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, I have lived through the horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.

Six more sleeps until my birthday... I will be turning 28 years old, I'm pushing 30;but I don't feel older. I feel like I am the same age 10 years ago. Today we startedour morning with values. About what happened 20-40 years back. For as farback as we could remember. We had a lot to share, which took a long time, but it

' .talked about our roles and values, which in my case have a lot... it, will take sometime to think about it.

I was sad today or this afternoon because it was my husbands release date and he' '. ,

ended up in tears. As I always say to myself another tomorrow is another day I'velived through today, I'll live through another.

THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS IN OTHER WORDS, WHICH I SHALL DO, SO.

Good thinking M. Stay positive and remember we are your support too.(Life Lessons instructors statement.)
