Dear Sir:
Thank you for your letter of December 4th reporting reception of station WT0,N on our test transmission of December the 4th.
Your report checks favorably with our station log and you may consider this letter as your verification of reception of VvTW1'?.
For your information, station WTWN has no regularly scheduled frequency check but usually tests during the first week of the month. Taking into consideration the interference we experienced on 1340, we believe that WTWN 'did all right for itself' during the test transmission.
Once again, thank you for writing us and may you continue to have good luck in your DX'ing.
Very ul yours,

Dear Kermit,
Thank you for your in depth letter concerning the reception of AM 1100 WTWN. We are a new station in format (we changed our format from country to Christian November 1, 1999) but we have existed since 1976 as an AM/FM station. The AM side simulcasted the country heard on our FM side 101.3 WYKR. The AM format and call letters were changed to give it a separate identity.
Here is some information I think you were looking for as far as our equipment:
Nautel Ampfet 5KW / Unipole Non -Directional / Tubeless / Daytimer
The programming you heard and gave me details about were accurate. Thank you for taking the time to respond to us in such detail. You are to be commended for your - professionalism and in-depth interest in radio.
May God bless you in your life and if I can ever be of any help to you in any way please let me know.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr.. Geary,
(802) 985-5399
I was most amused and delighted to receive your letter today confirming you reception of WZBZ way down in Walnutport, PA. Your log of our programming announcements was right on the money for every day you listened. The only thing that fooled us a little was the mention of Easy Listening music. We are an all talk station. I suspect that our Canadian friends in Monkton may have been playing the music! We are some 19 miles away from our transmitter site in Peru, New York, and we even get interference from CBA just before sign -off!
You might be interested to know that other DX letters have come from Waltham, Massachu- setts, and Cornwall, Ontario. I'm kind of surprised that you receive us, instead of WINA in Charlottesville, VA. I think they are 10,000 watts days on 1070.
Thanks again for your interest in WZBZ.

Dear DXer,
Thank you for your listening report which we confirm.
WWWT-AM is owned and operated by Stokes Communications Corporation, a family owned business. We also own and operate WCVR-FM, a 3KW FM station on 102.3 Mhz. WWWT-AM transmits on 1320 kHz. twenty-four hours daily. Our daytime power of 1KW is reduced to various levels during the post -sunset, nighttime, and pre -sunrise operating periods. Our transmitter is a 1968 vintage Gates BC1G using 833 amplifier tubes. The antenna is a 200' guyed vertical Rohn tower located in a swampy area behind the station. Our programming comes from the Satellite Music Network's StarStation service.
We always appreciate hearing from DXer's. So far, our most distant report is the one that came from Germany several years ago. Within North America, the most distant report is one that came from Colorado many years ago. By the way, I was an avid AM DXer back in the late '50s when my best catch was WBZ, which I received several nights in December 1958 on my souped -up AC/DC receiver in Watsonville, California.

Dear Mr. Geary:
John K. Healy President, General Manager
Enclosed you will find a QSL card to confirm your reception
of WIJ-AM on February 17, 1986.
As you can see, we have changed call letters since the
last printing of our OSLs. I trust this will not be a
problem in your confirmation. For your information, the
work you may have heard as "MARKET" was probably "MARK
EDWARDS" saying his name. Also, by looking at our stationary
you can see that boss have again saved some money by not
updating our letterhead paper, but since we ran out of
envelopes, we did get updated in that department.
Thank you for the reception report. We appreciate the
time and effort taken to send us the information.
Best regards,
Joel O'Brien

Dear Mr. Geary;
September 26, 1969
I am in receipt of your letter and reception report of September 23, 1969. Thank you very much for both.
As your host complete and detailed log compares and even surpasses mine I am forced to send you a letter of confirmation, therefore consider this letter a 'Confirmation of Reception' of WCVR Randolph, Vermont 1320 Khz on September 22, 1969 between the hours of 0026 and 0115.
WCVR Randolph is a new station having only been on the air since December 1, 1968 with a power of 1000 watts daytime only. We are located approximately 3 miles to the east of Randolph, Vermont on a side hill. The transmitter is a Gates BC -1G feeding a usual vertical antenna 200 feet above ground. Later in the year I expect to run another series of test programs similiar to the last ones to see what the DX will be during the cold weather. These tests, I hope, will be noted in the several publications of the DX clubs well enough in advance to afford everyone a chance to pick WCVR Randolph up.
Again I want to thank you for your interest in WCVR Randolph and if we an be of any further assistance to you please feel free to call upon us.
I remain

Thank you for your very complete reception report of September 26, 1953. The program content was correct, so I am pleased to verify your reception report.
We are very glad to know our signal is reaching down into Pennsylvania and that it is sharp and clean.
VJOY, as you probably know, operates on 1230 KC with 250 watts. The transmitter is a RCA BTA 250-L. The single tower is about 228 feet high. We recently, celebrated our 7th birthday.
Ne usually conduct our frequency check with RCA Labs, Riverhead, L.I., during the first week of the month. The day varies but the time is about 1:00 AM local time. We have no test program, just a 1000cycle tone interrupted a few times for adjustments and then carrier 'identification. I expect this month, I'll do it October 2nd or 3rd.
Thank you again for your very complete and correct reception report.
