I first met Harold while Vice President of Sales at Radica Games LTD. The company was establishing a US division, Radica USA, and we employed Harold as Director of Marketing. We worked hand in hand as we built Radica into a publicly traded company that was eventually acquired by Mattel, Inc. He worked successfully in virtually every sales and marketing management position in the company, and this wide variety of experience makes him an excellent candidate for any sales or marketing position.

I have witnessed Harold's executive talent on many occasions. He is a visionary in a number of industries, yet highly approachable by junior staff, vendors and clients. He has been instrumental in formulating successful strategies that helped Radica USA and RecZone LLC to achieve and maintain a position as a leader in the industry. RecZone LLC is being acquired and will dissolved upon final sale of the company. I will be relocating to the UK for retirement, and Harold will be pursuing other employment opportunities.
