The Radiant Academy is an educational institute formed by a group of passionate, caring and highly experienced

Advanced Scholar's Program (ASP)

ASP prepares students to succeed in competitive

entrance examination in the fields of engineering and

medical viz. JEE Main and Advanced, NEET, AIIMS

and state engineering and medical entrance

examinations. The expert faculty of Radiant drawn

from IITs, NITs and top medical institues has

mentored thousands of students who have given

record breaking performances (e.g. JEE Main AIR

Rank 1, first and only score of 360/360 in JEE Main).

The main features of the program include online

testing on a state of the art testing platform,

precisely designed study material, continuous

evaluation and analysis of performance of the

students and mental performance training. At

Radiant, we aim to develop critical thinking and

ability to think out-of-box, a skill that is crucial to

success in competitive examinations.

Young Scholar's Program (YSP)

For students studying in classes VII to X

YSP (Class VII to X) is the foundational first step

towards Igniting Young Minds and prepares

students for Board exams, NTSE, IJSO & other

Olympiads. The YSP develops the basic conceptual

foundation of Science and Math with an aim to

develop a high level of proficiency in these subjects.

Expert faculty at Radiant uses modern technology

and adaptive that makes learning interesting,

generates curiosity and develops all important

learning and examination skills in students at an early

stage. Data proves, without a doubt, that a

foundational program like YSP greatly increases

chances of success in future career oriented

The Radiant Way Unique Teaching Methodology

Every part of The Radiant teaching system, be it faculty selection, faculty training & development, execution of curriculum, teaching, regular testing and performance analysis follow a set of standards with focus on innovation, continuous improvement and student success. The academy's laser like focus on securing grasping of subject fundamentals, application-based teaching, doubt solving classes, rigourous testing & assessments, regular personalized feedback, mental performance coaching and high quality study material is at the core of this methodology. We call it The Radiant Way.

A well planned lecture delivery schedule is adopted which

comprises of theory, problem solving practice with real life

examples, class notes and discussion of DPPs. Focus is on timely

completion of syllabus with academic rigour balanced with

fundamental concept building.

REGULAR CLASSES:

Highly demanded doubt classes are one to one discussion with

faculty to resolve any doubts and queries. These classes are

highly personalized and aims at improving student's

understanding of the subject matter and improving his or her

academic performance.

DOUBT CLASSES:

These classes focus on building better theoretical concept of key

topics. An innovative idea of cross linking concepts across

modules is applied to build a solid foundation. Real life

demonstrations and examples are used to explain the concepts.

CONCEPT CLASSES:

Unique feature with focused training by professional mental

coaches comprising of performance training, developing mental

resilience, memory and retention enhancement and managing

peak performance including mentoring by Ex.

MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING:

Practice & Testing

Carefully designed DPPs (a set of 8-10 problems) regularly given

to the students to practice and understand the concepts taught

in classes. Board worksheets for board type problems and

evaluation. A great tool to gradually increase the problem

solving skills of students and regular practice.

DAILY PRACTICE PROBLEMS (DPPs):

Separate booklets for each topic comprising theory and

formulae of respective topics distributed in the sequence of

lecture delivery. Practice booklet contains problems arranged in

order of degree of difficulty-from fundamental to advanced

level. For Board preparation, customized board sheets will be

given to students based on board pattern.

PRACTICE BOOKLET (SHEETS):

Rigorous testing schedule is prepared and implemented to

continuously gauge students' preparation, monitor progress,

provide regular feedback and prepare them for examination

pressure. It is an alternate cycle of Part and Cumulative Tests (PTs

& CTs) conducted each month. Other tests like full tests and

specialised Board tests are conducted as part of full assessment

suite to prepare students to succeed in examinations.

PERIODIC ASSESSMENTS (PAs):

Radiant has invested in a state of the art online testing platform

to provide real life experience of online testing to all students.

The online testing platform also produces customised

performance reports for each student. Innovative ideas like

challenges, peer competition, personalized tests are some of the

features of this system which is unique in coaching industry.
