RAD EXOTICS is a family owned and operated business established since September 2014. Our mission is to keep our commitment to excellence in the chauffeured ground transportation industry.
Our chauffeur and concierge service was established with a dream to become the best, most luxurious transportation option in St. Maarten. We set out to achieve this by offering our clientele the most luxurious, reliable and safe rides around town, coupled with unprecedented first class concierge services. Our exotic fleet includes; Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, BMW Alpina B7 LWB and our Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition.
We are happy to provide you with champagne, wine or any beverage or food, whether you’re travelling to or from the airport and/or ferry, or just a distance up the road. Rest assured that we’ll get you there in style, glitz and comfort. We also believe in providing the safest rides around. Our drivers not only went through an intense training course, but they’ve all passed background tests. They are dressed to impress with their fancy business suit and tie with the most pleasant personality and gracious mannerism. And of course, we can’t forget that complimentary bottle of champagne as soon as you step into one of our exotic vehicles.

Mr. Williams has spent over 10+ years working in the company's affiliated industry as District Manager. He's experience working in this field has given him the knowledge which is desired in this specialty industry. He also has a passion for the industry and displays enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and innovations that improve productivity. His knows and hows are definite assets to this company. Mr. Williams’ leadership helps him to guide, direct, and evaluate the work of all and other executive leaders. He holds great power in maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth. Overall, Mr. Williams demonstrates trustworthiness and the leadership necessary to make the mission of this or any other organization a success. This leadership includes providing leadership vision, leadership that attracts followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership. His outstanding management skills and organizational skills have proven him to be a great successful businessman in the corporate world. His attention to detail, perfection and development are beyond expectation. Mr. Williams creates an environment that encourages interactivity and provides empowerment, support and feedback and most of all he always ensures the most efficient, effective and economically viable methods for the production of any company. Mrs. Rhonda Williams holds an Executive Administration Diploma and studied Business Management. She has a combined 25+ years of experience in the Customer Service industry and in Management roles both in retail and corporate. Mrs. Williams has strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. She has a thorough understanding of organizational behaviour and workforce planning. Mrs. Williams has required the importance of the duties in directing and coordinating operations in support of any company's growth. Her responsibility for managing daily operations of purchasing, administration and other departments has given her the expertise in running any corporate organization. In addition, Mrs. Williams has required the development of strong relationships with outside partners, such as vendors and advisors. She has a background in sales, marketing, public relations, and finance which ables her to perform her work more efficiently. Her personal qualities are very helpful in performing her work in a more efficient manner. Accepting constructive criticism, developing social skills, being honest and being able to make good decisions have always been great assets that Mrs. Williams posses. Also, Mrs. Williams is a great listener and always listens to the needs of all employees and clients. She injects positive attitudes towards any employee, and in return the employee will be more efficient. In other words, a successful business woman should be willing to work along with her employees in order to create a better work environment and a prosperous company.
