Raben Real Estate Poland sp. z o.o. is one of the biggest logistics company. The Raben Group has been present on the European market for 85 years with branches in 12 countries throughout Europe. We have modernised lighting in one of the company's warehouses located near Bydgoszcz, replacing previously existing 160 HPS lamps with our luminaires. We have used 60 200 W LED ALVA lamps (DALI-controlled up to 150 W) and 8 75 W LED XLENE lamps (DALI-controlled up to 60 W). This resulted in a better illumination of the warehouse, generating energy and cost savings.

At the Linde Pohony we have installed complete interior lighting, including light at the new production, warehouse and office hall in Ostrov u Stribra (where high-lift trucks are manufactured). The modernisation was carried out using an advanced LED technology with a lifetime of 100,000 hours. 13 working zones were equipped with a fully automatic lighting system, with ability to change light intensity at the production hall and warehouses accommodating sun light, movement of personnel and manual control. Emergency routes were also illuminated with a lighting using an autonomous power supply. The whole system is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Amvian Mexico is the biggest independent provider of engineering seating solutions for the global automotive industry. In August 2015 LEDIKO lamps were used to illuminate the company's main assembly hall. The previous T5 fluorescent tubes were replaced with the INLENE LED lamps utilising high-tech LED chips with a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. The intelligent design was supported by an automatic system using lux sensor and an option of dimming. With this upgrade, the Client gained better lighting using fewer luminaries, and achieved significant reduction in the installation, service and maintenance costs.

At the main assembly hall of the Hyster-Yale Group company we have conducted a complete replacement of lighting and installed an automatic system control, a lux sensor and a dimming feature. The light level value reached over 300 lx. The assembly was carried out without any mayor impairment to the ongoing operations and all devices were supplied in accordance with the Client specification. The project resulted in 74% bigger energy savings than with the previous system, as well as a significant improvement of working conditions.

Working for the HFG Polska we were tasked with lighting a large manufacturing hall where oversized steel elements are produced. We have decided to use INLENE LED lamps equipped with a brightness control system (bright and dimmed mode), allowing the use of sun light, thus reducing energy consumption during daytime. We have chosen INLENE LED lamps for three reasons: first, due to the height of the hall, we needed lamps characterised by low operating costs. The second reason was the vibration resistance of LED lighting. The third benefit was the luminaire optics, allowing to direct the light exactly where it is needed.

FAMET S.A. is a well-known company specialising in various services related to process equipment and apparatus for key industries in Poland and abroad. We got a chance to install new led lighting for this Client. To this end we have used 286 INLENE M5 LED luminaires. Total power of the luminaires used is 84.3 kW, however with the use of automatic illuminance sensor system, we were able to reduce this value to 63.3 kW. By using such number of LED INLENE luminaires, we were able to meet the illuminance value requirement of 500 lx, at an area of 17,000 m2 from the height of 20 m.

The project realised for the HJH Polska (Pudliszki) company resulted in almost 10-fold reduction in energy consumption with the use of LED technology with an intelligent control system and 24% reduction of the number of luminaires required to meet the lighting standards. The previous lighting system consisted of 160 metal-halide lamps (250 W) with each lamp plus controller using 280 W, resulting in an annual energy consumption of ca. 392,500 kWh. After the upgrade and installation of 122 INLENE LED lamps with a lamp plus controller using on average 39 W, the annual energy consumption dropped to 41,700 kWh, generating average annual savings of PLN 140,320 (PLN 0.40 per 1 kWh).

The Europapier company has about 50 high-bay warehouses throughout Europe. Our job was to replace lighting at the company’s main warehouse in Poland located in Błonie. Our offer was tailor-made to meet requirements of the Client, considering places requiring both permanent lighting and illumination in the stand-by mode. To this end we have used automatic system and industrial INLENE LED lamps with high mechanical resistance and robust design that provide dependable operation even in harsh environments. After installing 178 lamps the improved illumination of the warehouse was evident right away, with workers themselves reporting a significantly better comfort and working conditions. With time, also energy savings (ca. 542,175 kWh per year) became noticeable.

Kronopol is part of the Swiss Krono Group Sp. z o. o., one of the world's biggest manufacturers of oriented strand boards (OSB), particle boards, flooring, worktops and wooden products. We were commissioned to replace lighting in a high-bay warehouse using 69 INLENE LED lamps. With LED technology and intelligent control system we have achieved almost 12-fold reduction in energy consumption. Lamp layout has been improved for more effective lighting of racks and aisles. Additionally, we have removed 10 fluorescent tube luminaires that were used to illuminate the warehouse during the warm-up of metal-halide luminaires.
