• Outline structure agreed on 3rd July (TWG(03)08);
• Input invited from TWG members;
• RA collated inputs and prepared early draft;
• Drafting Group established to develop further draft;
• Many TWG input papers added as annexes;
• Current draft posted to TWG server as TWG(07)09
TWG Draft Final Report - StructureTWG Draft Final Report - StructureMain body of report:
• Developed using individual contributions,• BUT intended as a single cohesive account of TWG findings,• and NOT intended as a set of individual “position
statements”• RA retains final editorial authority.
The annexes to the report:
• Standalone inputs (papers/presentations) to TWG meetings• Included entirely at originator’s discretion• Not edited by RA

Purpose of today’s meeting:Purpose of today’s meeting:
• High level review of current draft;
• Identify major omissions in context of original TWG
Terms of Reference and earlier TWG meetings;
• Create a major issues list to assist with final draft;
• Inform drafting group before their consideration of
final conclusions;
• Enable RA to produce final draft report (including
conclusions) and post on TWG server for comment .
What we cannot expect to do today:What we cannot expect to do today:
• “Sign off” the Final Report (it isn’t complete);
• Identify all typos and/or grammatical errors
(document will be proof read before leaving
TWG);
• Sanction additional TWG work (this is the last
meeting);
• Accept additional annexes
