REASON FOR AMENDED RETURN

The Foundation for Creativity and Inspiration (a k.a The Bowdon Family Foundation)is amending Form 990-PF to voluntary disclose and correct errors made in the years2010 through 2014 including the valuation of noncharitable use assets and theresulting adjustments of qualifying distributions for these years

The Foundation had relied on an outside accounting firm to prepare the returns, however, this firm failed to complete the minimum investment return calculation, thedistributable amount calculation, and thus the accurate calculation of any excessdistributions or undistributed income for these years

Certain other adjustments have been made to items of income and expenses andallocations between investment and program expenses as previously reported
