• 1,000 + acre Master Planned Community commenced development activities in 2006

• Bald Eagle Partners began the re-assemblage of the Rice Hope Master Planned Community in 2012

• After 12 transactions, the re-assemblage was completed in 2015

• The relaunch of the community began in 2016

• The Rice Hope MPC has existing approvals for 4,500 residential units and 1,000,000 SF Town Center

• The Original Developer (Sivica) built two neighborhoods – Parkside and Lakeside, with approx. 230 existing homes. BEP acquired 228 finished lots in these two neighborhoods, all rear loaded, which are under contract to sell to Village Park Homes.

• Existing today, Rice Hope Plantation consists of the following:– The Market at Rice Hope, a Publix Anchored shopping center which opened in November 2015 with

significant expansion potential– Rice Creek School, grades 3-8 elementary school, opened in September 2015– Grand amenity complex centrally located including Clubhouse, and pool complex (beach entry pool, lap

pool, lazy river, splash pad, slides and extensive patio seating with shaded areas and umbrellas etc). The Pool complex also includes age specific playground equipment. Amenities also include walking and biking trails, Indigo Lake for fishing, kayaking/canoeing, Parkside Park with fire pits, playgrounds, amphitheater and sport fields, and accessible restrooms, etc.
