1. These By-Laws are to be called the Advanced Diploma in Printing Technology and Management /AdvancedDiploma in Visual Comm~cation and Management (Amendments) Nos .... ~ ... of2011"-;
2. The Advanced DiplomainPrinting Technology and Management and Advanced Diploma in VisualCommunication and Management (By-Law Nos. 01 &02 of2008) are hereby amended in the followingrespect: - ,
(i) Amendment of Clause No. 5.2 of the By-Laws
It is proposed to change the following clauses ofthe By-Laws listed under the above heading:

Advanced Diplomas shall consist of threestreams; Management stream, Technologystream and Project Report. Examinationwith respect to each stream shall beconducted independently and the resultsof such examinations shall be confirmedseparately. -

It is proposed to repeal clauses; 13,14,15,16,17 and 18 of the By-Laws and replace them with newclauses 13,14 and 15 as indicated in the following table:

(ii) Necessary minimum conditions for apass in the technology stream of theADPTM or ADVCM examinationshall be:
a) Has obtained a minimum of Grade Cfor all the modules in the TechnologyStream.OR
b) An average score of 50 per cent for thetechnology stream and at least apassCGrade C) for eight out oftentechnology modules where a minimumof Grade D for remaining twomodules.

15 Distinction passes shall be awarded tocandidates who satisfy the followingminimum conditions:,

iv) Clauses Nos. 19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26 of the By-LawsIt is proposed to repeal clauses 20 and 21 and renumber the clauses 19,22,23,24,25 and 26 of the By-Laws as 16, 17, 18, 1920 and 21 respectively.

(v) It is proposed to change the Technology Stream in Schedule I of the By-Laws referred in clause 8.1 asindicated below:
