Fact: Eliphas Levi was a Freemason.

He was initiated at the Lodge Rose du Parfait Silence of the Grand Orient ofFrance on 14 March 1861 in Paris. M. Caudet who was the Venerable(Worshipful Master) at Levi's Masonic initiation is quoted in the Masonic Work'Eliphas Levi, written by Paul Chacornac thusly:

"In his reception speech, Eliphas Levi, to the great astonishment ofhis auditors, little inclined to paradoxes, made the followingstatement: 'I come to bring you your lost traditions, the exactknowledge of your signs and emblems, and in consequence to

show you the aim for the attainment of which your association hasbeen constituted.' He then tried to demonstrate to his coreligioniststhat Masonic Symbolism is borrowed from the Cabala. It was timewasted. No one believed him."

Fact: Pike provided the first English language translations of Levi's works, forinclusion in Degree Lectures for the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in 'Morals andDogma', 'Legendas', 'Sepher Ha Debarim', and 'The Book of the Words'.

Fact: When Pike's library was turned over to the Supreme Council most of Levi'swritings were found to be part of it.

Fact: Given Pike's practical worship of Levi's writings, their place of prominencein Pikes own writings which are the primary books offered for sale today by theScottish Rite Supreme Temple, the placing of Freemason Levi in the MasonicLuciferography is well earned.

InherScrapbook, vol.III, p.256, on January 1878, she recorded that she received adiploma of the 32nd Degree in the Ancient and Primitive Rite of England andWales. In the following month the issue was raised in the Franklin Register andNorfolk County Journal, the material of which has been published in H.P.Blavatsky. Collected Writings. Volume One. 1874-1868. On p.309, we learn thatthe Ancient and Primitive Rite was originally chartered in America, on 9November 1856, with David McClellan as Grand Master, and that it submittedentirely in 1862 to the Grand Orient of France.

If it did believe us the Freemasonswould have the Taxil writing which included it plastered from one end of the Netto the other. We challenge the Freemasons to produce ANY document written bythe anti-clerical Freemason Gabriel Jogand(Leo Taxil) that includes the following

quotation! It's a wonder they don't try and pin what Albert Pike wrote in Moralsand Dogma on Taxil. Perhaps that is next!

Incidently the above doctrinal description of Luciferianism is identical to thatcurrently being taught in the open by many New Age, Rosicrucian, Pagan, andTheosophic occult groups who freely admit that many of their members are alsomembers of 'regular' Masonic Lodges.
