As per the Telephonic discussion with your Office Bearers we are
Submitting herewith the Quotatioof abovementioned Services for your
Society. Following services are included in our contract.
Scope of Work: -
1. Preparation of Share Certificates & Preliminary Registers
& Others Registers.2. Initial Setup of Members Contribution
i.e. Day-to-Day Maintenance Charges, Sinking Fund
Repair Maintenance Fund.3. Monitory Planning of the Society with
Proper Appropriation of funds.4. Co-Operative Guidance required
time-to-time as per Bye -Laws.5. Management Consultancy required
for Handling affairs of the Society.6. Consultancy Related to
Transfer of Shares.7. Co-Operative Accounting for financial year
Apr.2013-Mar.14.8. Finalization of Statement of Accounts for F.Y.
Apr.2013-Mar.14.9. Provided Books Of Accounts Printout of F.Y.
Apr.2013-Mar.14.
For above Service Contract the Fees Structure will be as
follows.

Terms & Conditions: -
1. Out of total contract Rs.14,8000/- should payable at the time
of Starting of Work.2. Balance Amount will be payable after
Quarterly Rs.13,000/- (Sept.13, Dec.13, Mar.14).3. Both the Parties
shall Communicate each other Regularly.4. Additional Services for
Transfer Paper Preparation for individual Member.5. And Consultancy
work will be operated with the Convenience of both the parties.
We have given quotation as per various services offered from us.
Society can decide as ptheir requirement, which services society
want from SOCIETY PLUS. So please go through thquotation and
intimate us for further action.

As per the discussion with the Societies Office Bearers, I would
like to submit the letter aboStatutory Audit. I am Certified
Auditor of Co-operative Panel. My Reg.No. is P.N.A.1125. I have
beeworking as an Auditor since 1995. I am ready to work, as a
Statutory Auditor of your society for the Periofrom 2013-14.
Government Audit fees for the housing society is Rs.36.00 per
member per year. So it wcost Rs.- 4,752/- for 132 members.
Its my pleasure if you appoint me as a Statutory Auditor of your
Society. I will try my best to servyou better.
This Quotation has given as per Current Government Rate but this
is going to change & ReviseRates will be applicable as per
norms.
