The 16th
Annual Meeting of the Regional Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Memory
of the World Programme (MOWLAC) was held in beautiful
at the headquarters of the International Centre for Advanced Studies i
America (CIESPAL). The meeting was held under the
Office of Quito, with the representation of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela, as well as
International Centre for Advanced Studies in Communications for Latin
