LubricationSingle-Stage and Two-Stage Splash: Connecting rod

dippers splash oil onto the components requiring lubrication.

Two-Stage Pressure: Positive displacement Gerotor oil

pump and the connecting rod dippers provide 100% lubri-

cation to the bearings and components requiring lubrication.

Warranty Quincy Air Master units come

standard with a one-year

warranty. (See owner’s manual

for details). The single-stage

QTS basic compressors

(pumps) come standard with a two-year warranty. The

two-stage units have an optional two-year warranty on

the basic compressor (pump). A two-year warranty kit must

be purchased within 30 days from date of purchase of the

compressor. The warranty kit includes Quin-Cip lubricant

and filters to maintain the compressor for two years.

The CCAS units come standard with a two-year warranty.

The two-year warranty kit is shipped with the unit.

All performance data meets CAGI/PNEUROP PN2CPTC2 andPN2CPTC3 acceptance tests for electricity and I.C. engine-drivenpackaged displacement air compressors.

Proper filtration must be used for breathing air applications tomeet OSHA29CFR1910.134

Contractor UnitsCompare the Quincy Air Master Series large 2.75" bore with thecompetition. A larger bore enables the Quincy QTS single-stagebasic compressor (pump) to provide more air per rpm andtherefore can run 200-300 rpms slower than the competition.Fewer rpms mean cooler operating temperatures. And cooleroperating temperatures mean less maintenance, consistentair delivery, and enhanced durability.

Add the standard 12" cast-iron flywheel and the 16-gaugeexpanded metal belt guard angled to increase air flow acrossthe compressor, and the discharge temperature is reduced asmuch as 15%.

Cool and rugged, the Quincy Air Master Series Contractor Unitfeatures a heavy-gauge steel tank and top plate to reduce thepossibility of damage to the tank and the impact guard isdesigned to protect the drain valve. The unit is equipped witha pneumatic tire, complete with air leak sealant, which providesimproved mobility and flexibility on the job site.

Magnetic StarterProvides thermal overload

protection for the motor.

A starter is required on all of

the two-stage units, with the

exception of the 5 hp units

with the capacitor start motors.

Low Oil Level SwitchThe Low Oil Level Switch provides protection

to the compressor by disengaging the starter/

contactor and shutting the motor off. (oil level

AftercoolersThey are one of the most effective means of

reducing the discharge temperature and removing

moisture from your compressor. An aftercooler

must be installed to lower the inlet temperature

to the refrigerated dryer. The dryer is typically

rated at 100˚F maximum inlet temperature. The

aftercooler will lower the temperature to within

15˚F of the ambient conditions. Aftercoolers are

installed at the factory.

LubricationSingle-Stage and Two-Stage Splash: Connecting rod

dippers splash oil onto the components requiring lubrication.

Two-Stage Pressure: Positive displacement Gerotor oil

pump and the connecting rod dippers provide 100% lubri-

cation to the bearings and components requiring lubrication.

Warranty Quincy Air Master units come

standard with a one-year

warranty. (See owner’s manual

for details). The single-stage

QTS basic compressors

(pumps) come standard with a two-year warranty. The

two-stage units have an optional two-year warranty on

the basic compressor (pump). A two-year warranty kit must

be purchased within 30 days from date of purchase of the

compressor. The warranty kit includes Quin-Cip lubricant

and filters to maintain the compressor for two years.

The CCAS units come standard with a two-year warranty.

The two-year warranty kit is shipped with the unit.

All performance data meets CAGI/PNEUROP PN2CPTC2 andPN2CPTC3 acceptance tests for electricity and I.C. engine-drivenpackaged displacement air compressors.
