Both of the proposed Payroll Wizard “Settings” screens (that follow this page), the Federal & California Yearly Payroll Settings and the Employee Payroll Settings, will need to have the following buttons:

• Save• Delete• Reset(there was not enough room on the pages to include them)

Note that for each calendar year (from 2003 on), there will be new/different Company Settings for the Federal & California Yearly Payroll Settings screen.

Note that a new “Employee Payroll Settings” will be created for each employee for each new calendar year. For example, If Employee #1 works from year 2011 until today, there would be four different saved settings for this Employee: Employee #1 Settings for Year 2011, Employee #1 Settings for Year 2012, Employee #1 Settings for Year 2013, and Employee #1 Settings for Year 2014.
