What are Questionnaires?Questionnaires allow you to efficiently collect essential event details all in one place.

How can WeddingWire help?WeddingWire Questionnaires allow you to create fully customizable questionnaires for each

of your events. Your clients have instant access to the questionnaire through their personal,

password-protected Clients site, where their answers will automatically sync with the event

information in your account. With 24/7 access for your clients to log in and make edits, you will

always have the most up-to-date information!

• Get answers to all of the essential details by using our pre-populated event questions, or

creating your own custom questionnaire to quickly collect the information you need

• Your client will have instant access to your questionnaires through their own password-

protected Client Site, making it easy to submit responses (and make edits at any time!)

• Questionnaires are 100% customizable, and there is no limit to the number that you can

create and save within your account

Step by Step: Questionnaires

WeddingWire Questionnaires help you collect all of the information you need to execute an event!

Follow these simple steps to get started.

Get Started! Questionnaires:1. Place your cursor over the account

settings icon at the top of the page

2. Select ‘Questionnaires’ from the menu

3. Select the ‘Add Questionnaire

Template’ button

4. Enter a name for your questionnaire

in the field provided

5. Choose ‘Booking’ or ‘Inquiry’ to

identify the type of questionnaire you

are creating

6. Click ‘Save’

There are several fields within a Questionnaire for you to edit and customize for each event!

Contacts

• Select the ‘Edit’ button

- Add the 'Role' (i.e. 'Bride' or 'Groom'); i.e. 'Venue Coordinator,' 'Maid of Honor,' etc.)

- Click the ‘Add Contact’ button to require an additional contact

• i.e. ‘Venue Coordinator,’ ‘Groom,’ etc.

- Click ‘Save’ when you are done

Location

• Select the ‘Edit’ button

- Add the name of the location (i.e. reception venue) that you need information about

- To request details about additional venues, click the ‘Add Location’ button

- Click ‘Save’ when you are done

Get Started! Questionnaires: (continued from page 2)

Questions

• Select the ‘Edit’ button

• - In the text field provided, add your

first free response question

• - To add more questions, or a

different type of question,

move your cursor over the ‘Add

Question’ button

* Note: You can re-arrange your

questions at any time by clicking

and holding the arrow icon to the

right-hand side of any question

and moving it to the desired

position

- Choose from the five question types, including 'Yes/No question,' Multiple Choice,' or

even 'Image Question'

1. Once you have completed your questionnaire, you can immediately click ‘Publish to Client

Site,’ and send a custom email notification to your client!

Creating Questionnaires from a Booking1. Under the ‘Clients’ tab, select ‘Bookings’

2. Open a booking by clicking on the contact name or the drop down arrow and selecting

‘More Info’

3. Click on ‘Create’ under Questionnaire or select the ‘Questionnaire’ tab

4. Use the drop down menu to select a questionnaire template or create a new custom

questionnaire

5. From here, follow the same instructions from above starting with ‘Contacts’
