Caution Please read this User manual carefully to ensure that you can use the device correctly and
safely This manual is suitable for 1.0MP/ 1.3MP/2.0MP IP Camera. In this book, we take 1.0MP
Camera as a sample. All examples and pictures used are conforming to it.
Please use the appropriate power adapter for the IP Camera Please use individual power instead of share electrical outlets with other electrical equipment. Please place and use IP Camera under temperature between -10°~60°and humidity less than
9%. Do not touch the power plug or case with wet hands as this could result electric shock. Do not put heavy objects on the IP Camera The IP Camera cannot be installed at the place with dust. And avoid potential mechanical
vibration or impact. Do not disassemble or repair the IP Camera by yourself. Please insure the IP Camera level installation in a stable workplace. Handle with care; avoid the collision or strong fall.
If the IP Camera run into hard objects accidentally, which leads to the IP Camera cannot work normally, please contact the authorized dealer to repair or replacement.

Chapter 1- LAN Network Operation
1.1 Factory default IP Setting
IP address: 192.168.1.10 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.1.1 User Name: Admin Password: No password
1.2 Change Default IP address
1. Install the “Upgrade Tool” . 2. Run Upgrade Tool, Click “IP Search”, you will find the device IP, see below picture:

3. Select the device to config IP, you can change IP address, Http port, Tcp port accordingly, and click Modify, see below picture:

1.3 IE Operation
1. Use correct power supply
2. After startup, connect the device with switch or router. 3. Make sure the device IP address is in the same LAN of router, default IP address is 192.168.1.10
4. Open IE, input IP address, login with user name and password as below:
Notice: There are 3 preset users: admin, guest, default, Default password is none. Admin is preset as super authority user, Guest and default is preset with authority of preview and
playback.
For safety sake, when first login, please go to “Account” to modify user name and password.

After login successfully, you will enter the preview screen of IP Camera. And will come out a window for bit rate type choosing, you can choose main stream or extra stream:

1.4 CMS Operation
Install CMOS software, run it, default user name is Super, no password

Click “System” and choose “Device Manager”, see below picture

Login Type: IP Search, Domain, ARSP, Cloud IP Search Tick “IP Address”, Click “IP search”, CMS will search the IP address automatically, choose the IP address and click OK. Cloud Tick “Cloud”, you need to input IP Camera’s Serial No.
Device connection Double click the device name, the video will show on screen. Right click device name you can choose main stream or extra stream, see below picture

Chapter 2- Monitor the IP camera by Cloud
2.1 Cloud technology functions and using introduction
Cloud technology is the latest network remote access technology; Using cloud technology, you don’t need to set the complex network settings to achieve remote access easily.
Before using cloud technology, Make sure your device connect to WAN successfully. You can get the Device Serial No. and check the connection status of cloud technology from version submenu.

Open web browser, enter cloud access website: www.dvrcenter.net . Login interface as picture 2.2:

There are two ways to remote control the device with cloud technology: (1) By device serial No. (2) By user.
2.2 Login by Device serial no.
Input Serial No. of DVR and verify code can do remote access (way to get Serial No: “main menu” “info” “version”)
2.3 Login by User
Customers use their registered user name and password to log in (first time use need to register). After login, needs to add the device (enter “device management” page can finish adding device); after finish adding device,

the added device will appear in the left column of “my devices”. Click on the current equipment for preview, playback, configuration and operation
Chapter 3- Mobile Phone Monitoring
This device supports the user to use the phone for remote video surveillance operation. (Android phone system as an example).
Step 1: Install the matching mobile phone monitoring software. Obtain corresponding client software from the optical disc (the client software of Android smart phone is vMEyeCloud.apk) and install it on the phone;
Step 2: After successful installation, find and run the corresponding client software from “start”“program” of the mobile phone ( it is vMEyeCloud on Android mobile phone), as picture 3.1;

Step 3: click the device list on picture 3.1, Add device, enter device name, serial No., user name, password.

User name: Input user name to login IP Camera;
Password: Input password to login IP Camera;
Serial No.: IP Camera device No.;
Port: default port is 34567;
Click OK after finish adding, shown below. Choose the channel which needs to be monitored, preview screen will display properly.

Mobile phone client of the third version of Symbian S60 is: vMEYE_SB_S60_3rd.sisx
Mobile phone client of the fifth version of Symbian S60 is: vMEYE_SB_S60_5rd.sisx
Mobile phone client of Android system is: vMEyeCloud.apk
Mobile phone client of Blackberry system is: vMEYE_RIM.cod
Mobile phone client of Apple system is: vMEye (please search and install in Appstore)
Note: Mobile phone monitoring software can also support cloud technology access.
