Reference Steps on using CitiDirect BE® File Exports:

1. Navigate to File Services in the CitiDirect BE Menu.

2. Select the Export action you would like to perform. As an example, this guide demonstrates the following:

i. Create Template (Under Export File Template)

ii. To Run (template within Export Data)

3. Click on Create Template. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk.

4. Enter the Template Name. Then for the respective “Business Service” selected within the Export Template, link the required “Output Format Name.” Based on the Output Format selected, the rest of the form will be generated.

5. Complete the remaining fields on the Export File Template Details form. Wherever available, you can click the binocular icon to look up the value for a specific field.

Note: The location where the file will be downloaded will depend upon user’s browser settings/capability.

6. The example in this document shows how to add Account Number and Bank Branch to the Export Template. Click Add respectively for adding Account Number or Bank Branch to the Export template.

7. Click Submit and authorize the new Export Template.

8. Navigate back to Export Data from File Services within the CitiDirect BE Menu and click on To Run.

9. All active Export Templates will be available within Export Data — To Run (Menu).

10. Search for the required Template in order to check for Template Details.

11. Select one (or up to ten) Export Template using Radio Buttons and click Run.

12. To review the results and download the file, select To Run History.

Note: File download will now depend on your browser settings and capabilities.
