The Lord is the destination of our journey in the world: the course must be set on Him.~Pope Francis Visual and Performing Arts Night All STM-STC School families and our surrounding community is invited to attend our Visual and Perform- ing Arts Night on Thursday, April 11th from 6:00PM - 7:30PM in our school gym. Art work will be on dis- play from students in grades K-8. Our amazing school choir will be performing as well! You dont want to miss out on this fantastic event! Living Stations of the Cross The St. Michaels Youth Group will be presenting the Living Stations of the Cross - Step Up Close to Jesus- on Friday, April 12th at 7:00PM at St. Michael the Archangel Church. All are welcome to attend! That is incredible!! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! Please let all of your sponsors know that there is still time to donate! Even though the race maybe over, donations will continue to be accepted! Lets make it to $20,000!!! 2019-2020 School Year Registration Contracts An email was sent to all families who have com- pleted the Intent to Enrollform for the 2019- 2020 school year. Included in this email is a link to complete the contract for the 2019-2020 school year as well as register for FACTS. Please complete the contract and register on FACTS. You MUST register on FACTS by April 17th for the May 1st payment. If you should have any questions regarding FACTS or completing the contract on School Admin, please contact the school office at 410-668-8797. Nurses Notes from Mrs. Kelly, School Nurse On April 30 and May 1-3 Baltimore County will be here to do a screening for Hearing and Vision (Deborah Brookshire) for all students who have a signed permission slip. Baltimore County selects the grades that are to be screened (Pk 4, 1st, 4th, 8th and any new students to Baltimore County or absent students). Any student no matter what grade as long as they are 4 years old can be screened if their parent requests it. A signed permission form is necessary. Bake Sale for the Girl Scouts The Girl Scouts at STM-STC have been working on a research project on the conservation of the rhinoceros. They have gone to different classes and made a presentation on the importance of protecting the rhino. On Wednesday, April 17th they will be having a Bake Sale in the cafeteria during lunchtime. All proceeds will go to rhino conservation and protection at the Maryland Zoo. Extended Care - Direct Telephone Line We now have a direct line to the Extended Care. If you need to reach any of the Extended Care staff, please call 443-725-0617. Thank you!! Designer Bag and Pandora BINGO Join us for a fun-filled night of Designer Bag & Pandora BINGO on Friday, May 3rd in the school gym. Doors open at 6:00PM and BINGO starts at 7:00PM. Race for Education
