How to start your MTMSAJan 30th 2013

After logging into MTIS, go to “Ports & Terminals”

Here you can view your terminal(s)… click on the blue arrow to go to ‘Terminal Details’ page

Click on the ‘Edit MTMSA’ link highlighted below

At the screen below you can create or edit MTMSA documents…

Editing an MTMSA (either new or existing)

Clicking on Guidance for Self-Assessors link opens advice to read before starting MTMSA

Clicking the green Help button opens MTAP extended help for each KPI

This appears below the Best Practice Guidance

An MTMSA document must be published to be visible to others

Where an existing document is published, this must be archived, and then the draft can be published. If a document is archived, but then no additional document published, then no MTMSA will be visible in MTIS
