Before installing the easyFlow Tank Adaptor onto your sprayer check carefully that there is:

¡ Enough space for operation of the easyFlow at selected place

¡ No pipes, tank rinsing nozzles or other obstacles inside the tank which will interfere with the

installation of the easyFlow. The Drilling Jig (1c) must be placed inside the tank (accessibility)

¡ Enough working space needed to handle a full 1 Gallon or 2.5 Gallon (5 Liter or 10 Liter)

PPP container

¡ Room to rotate the container during the rinsing process

¡ Fresh water connection with maximum 90 PSI (6 bar ) pressure

(45-60 PSI optimal (best 3-4 bar));

* WARNING: Tank adaptor threads are BSP. Using NPT fittings will damage device.

2.1.3. Check List for the Best Installation Place

Please consider the following important points:

£ Install above maximum tank filling level

(dosing process requires free flow) at

an easily accessible point, considering

maximum height for safety of operations

£ Allow enough space for handling of the PPP

containers, see 2.1.2., page 7

£ Locate a level installation area; use the

wedge plates (#EFWP71) to balance

inclines up to 5°.

£ Check for obstacles inside the tank below

installation area, and check accessibility

for jig placement from inside the tank.

£ Allow room for fresh water connection

(trigger or ball valve).

£ Make sure rinsing lever is easy to reach and

press.

£ Check tank lid for interference with the

operational space of the easyFow.

2.2. Mounting the easyFlow on the Sprayer Tank

Mark the center of the hole to be cut-out forthe easyFlow installation on the tank or on thechemical inductor.

Draw a line through the center and mark thetwo points (P1 and P2) on each side at 2.4”(60 mm) distance from the center.

Position the Drilling Jig (1) over the twoholes (P1 and P2) and mark the remaining 4positions using the punches on the Jig.

Make sure that no debris can fall into the tankby placing a collection tray or bucket underthe installation area.

Use a drill with diameter 7/32” (5.5 mm) todrill the 6 mounting holes.

Cut out the space for easyFlow Tank Adaptorusing a Hole Saw with 3¾” (95-97 mm)diameter.

Alternatively use a jig saw

Use a scraper to remove remaining burrs.

Installation of the Outlet of the Rinsing Water

2.2.2 Banjo Adaptor and Fittings for Triple Rinse

If needed, use the Wedge Plates, Part #16071, to level tank inclinations up to 5°. The two

Wedge Plates are turned against each other to adapt to any inclination from 1°-5°.

Adjust the plates until the easyFlow Tank Adaptor is in a horizontal position.

Use the Sealing Rings in between the plates to seal. Then continue with the regular

assembly procedure.

The fresh water connection of the tank adaptor has a ¾ BSP thread. A Banjo adaptor fitting

(075ABP) has been included to allow for a variety of connection types including cam lever

couplings, microvalves and more.

Maximum pressure is 90 PSI (6 bar)!

Place the Sealing Ring on the tank and insert the easyFlow Tank Adaptor. If needed use the Wedge Plates in between (see 2.2.1).

Check the position of the easyFlow and that alldrill holes are in line.

Use the tank lid opening to place the jig plateinside the tank and use the jig plate as acounterpart to the tank adapter.

Put the self-tapping screws through andtighten them carefully starting from twoopposite points. Gradually tighten the screws, but do not over tighten!

If necessary, cut off any screw endssticking out.

Connect the cap of the Tank Adaptor and lock it by pulling the lever.

For the fresh water connection use a quick coupling with a trigger or a valve, see 2.2.2.

The easyFlow is the first closed, contamination-avoiding and self-cleaning transfer system for liquid plant protection products from sealed or non-sealed small PPP containers enabling the user to do partial or complete dosing. The easyFlow system is designed to fulfill all standards of environmental protection and operational safety today and in the future.

• No-spill connection with the highest standards of user and environmental safety

• Automatic relocking system to prevent unintended opening of the PPP container• Continuously adjustable flow rates, enabling exact transfer of partial

container volumes• Rinsing of accessible parts in contact with Plant Protection Products• Fast and complete rinsing of empty plant protection product containers• No more contamination and cleaning of measuring jugs• Easy installation on all sprayer tanks and most chemical induction tanks

easyFlow Tank Adaptor

• Partial dosing possible if needed• Flow by gravity, no pump needed• Large diameters for quick flow• Easy to install and operate• Wedge Plates available to balance inclined tanks

easyFlow Container Adaptor

• Rinsing nozzle incorporated into Container Adaptor• Cuts and pushes back the aluminum seal of the PPP

container automatically, preventing contamination• Multiple Container Adaptors may be used in

combination with one Tank Adaptor

In comparison to previous systems easyFlow combines following advantages in one compact system:
