Quick And Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
4 - Cups Flour
1 1/3 cups Lard
2 tsp Salt
3TBSP Water
1 Package poultry Boneless/Skinless (2-3 Chicken bosoms )
1 large Can Veg-All
1 Family size Can lotion of poultry Soup
Preheat oven 350°.
Place raw Chicken Breasts in large cooking container in drinking water. Boil upon high until
chicken is actually thoroughly cooked.
In a large dish mix flour, salt, drinking water and lard by hand until dough forms ball. Separate
Dough into two equivalent parts.
With very first part place into casserole dish as well as spread evenly across bottom until
completely covered.
Cook casserole dish along with bottom crust mixture for 15 minutes.
Once poultry is completely cooked remove from water and using two forks shred poultry into chew
size pieces.
Mix Chicken, Veg-all, and lotion of poultry soup within bowl as well as pour into casserole dish
once you have completed step 5.
Roll leftover dough portion into toned sheet and put on top of casserole dish along with chicken
blend.
Cook 30 minutes within oven.
Change heat of oven to Broil 500° for five minutes in order to brown best crust
Remove from oven , cool as well as serve
