Questions for Command
1. Does Command have newest instruction? (OPNAVINST 1750.1F)
2. Indoc class? Is it available to me to speak at? Is there
information disbursed
about me that possibly needs to be updated? Is there a welcome
aboard pkg
that I may add some literature to?
3. Other than the 4 reportables (ie: all suspected/known child
abuse/neglect,alleged domestic abuse, suspected/potential
homicide/suicide) what may you want
to know/have me report to the command? ie: sexual assault in
military jurisdiction
or out, elder abuse, financial, etc.
4. How/who do I contact with the reportables? (ie: just my POC
or CO & XO too?)
Whats the plan if it is after hours vs. during business
hours/vacation?
5. In cases with reportables where I am supposed to report to
another agency (ie:
Family Advocacy) do I just report it to the command and you have
system inplace to make sure the other agency is called or am I
expected to make the call?
If I make the call, who would you like me to call first?
6. Did I fill out DDform 2793? (volunteer agreement form)
7. To get info out is my info/careline infoon
businesscards/magnets/POD/WEBSITE etc? Do I get another ID card?
