The survey (see the tab below labelled "survey") contains 6 categories, and under each category you will see 4 alternatives.3. You have 100 piont do divide among these alternative depending on how closely each choise describes your organization culture.You can "spend" 100 point under each category to describe how you perceive and experience your organization culture relative to the category.Each category must add up to 100. Do not use decimals.4. Take the survey ones while thinking of the organization culture as it is NOW (fill in the column "Now") and than take it a second timewhile thinking of the organization culture as you think it should be in the FUTURE in order to be highly succesful (fill in the 'Future" column).5.
