DESCRIPTION

SAIC used QUEST as a sponsor and now so does VSE.One of QUEST's owners is from Yemen which is apparent in the Chamber of Commerce document. QUEST would be in a position to handle much sensitive American Privacy Act protected material. On 28 OCT 2010, VSE failed to show up at the Bebehani Building for their 2nd hearing regarding VSE employee lawsuits against them for backpay of overtime, holiday pay and indemnity pay. On 27 OCT 2010, an Egyptian came to the Bebehani Building on the 5th Floor, room 7 and claimed that they were the replacement employee of a lawyer who worked in Dr. Al-Enezi's office and that they were there to ask on Dr. Al-Enezi's behalf to dismiss all of the VSE employee filed cases. The Kuwait Ministry employee asked for the man's Power-of-Attorney and his Civil ID. The man fled. This is just another ploy by VSE or Quest to try to get out of the back-pay that is owed. If you were an employee of VSE or SAIC - you should ask to have all information about you that is in the hands of QUEST to be destroyed and ask the State Department and the U.S. Army to verify that your personal information is not in the hands of Marsil Mohammed Ali Abdou (Yemen) or from the other 3 Arab nationals. http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw_936.html YemenTerrorist organizations are active in Yemen, including Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninulula (AQAP).So, why is was SAIC using Quest as a sponsor ? What happened to SAICs Privacy Act Protected information that was in the hands of QUEST ?Why is VSE Corporation using QUEST and what happened to all the Privacy Act Protected information that is in the hands of QUEST ? So, if under SP4510-10-R-1008, Section III.16.5 on page 19 of the Solicitation for DRMS / DRMO under the DLA, Citizens from the following designated countries (passport holders) are not authorized access to U.S. MIlitary installations; Algeria, Burma, Cambodia, Cuba, Iran, Laos, Mongolia, North Korea, People Republic of China, Syria, Yemen, and former Republic of Yugoslavia (Servia) - then why is VSE Corporation and SAIC using QUEST for a U.S. Government Prime Contract or for their subcontracts ?
