Villa 649 - Luxury Accommodation

Villa 649 is an award winning stand alone house set into the hillside. The house enjoys magnificent

views over the mighty Shotover River to Coronet Peak and is located just a few minutes drive from

central Queenstown at picturesque Arthurs Point.

Sleeps 6; 4 bedrooms - 2 x king, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk room sleeping 4 (bunks only suitable for children);

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

Open plan living and dining; open fire; outside lap pool with heated spa; terrace area with outside fire;

putting green and in-ground trampoline; eco-friendly throughout; internet access; Sky TV; private and

secluded.

The rooms

There are 4 bedrooms at the house, sleeping 6 people, and 3 bathrooms - three double bedrooms (two

with ensuite bathrooms, 1 king, 1 queen and 1 split queen) and a bunk room that can sleep four (bunks

suitable for children only), serviced by the third bathroom. Port-a-cots are available at additional cost





for infants.

The features

The spacious open plan living and dining area features a stylish, contemporary fitted kitchen with a

large rustic kitchen table, glass splash backs and over size ceiling lights.

An open fire and feature ceiling-height schist stone fireplace create the prefect environment to relax in

the colder months, with comfortable leather armchairs and couches. In the summer, large floor to

ceiling glass doors can be opened up to the terrace area, which enjoys an outside open fire and provides

access to the lap pool.
