PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF TEMPORARY LOCAL PLANNING INSTRUMENT 04/19 PROTECTION OFBUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO 1911 (TLPI 04/19) PURSUANT TO SECTION 9 OF PART 2 OF CHAPTER 3
OF THE MINISTER’S GUIDELINES AND RULES MADE UNDER THE PLANNING ACT 2016
At its meeting on 27 August 2019, Brisbane City Council adopted TLPI 04/19, as approved by the Minister for State Development,Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning, and which will cease to have effect on and from 29 August 2021 (unless repealed atan earlier date).
Purpose and General EffectThe purpose of TLPI 04/19 is to facilitate protection of buildings constructed prior to 1911. The TLPI provides for the assessmentof any removal, demolition or partial demolition of any pre-1911 building identified in Table 1: Buildings deemed to be identifiedon the Pre-1911 building overlay map of the TLPI 04/19. These sites are deemed to be contained in the Pre-1911 building overlayand identified on the Pre-1911 building overlay map in the Pre-1911 building site sub-category of Brisbane City Plan 2014.
The TLPI applies to the following properties:
TLPI 04/19 applies assessment provisions to development of the nominated land and applies in addition to the current provisionsof Brisbane City Plan 2014.

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the WaterPlan (Burdekin Basin) 2007, as postponed under section 54 ofthe Act, is 1 September 2023.

1. This notice may be cited as the Objections to Proposed Road Closure Notice (No 30) 2019.Application for road closure [s.100 of the Act]
2. An applications has been made for the permanent closure of the road mentioned in the Schedule.Objections
3.(1) An objection (in writing) to the proposed road closure mentioned in the Schedule may be lodged with the Regional Service Director, Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy,
(2) Latest day for lodgement of objections is 10 October 2019.(3) Any objections received may be viewed by other parties
interested in the proposed road closure under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009. If you lodge an objection, please include in your objection letter whether you would like to be consulted if this issue becomes the subject of an access request under the Right to Information Act 2009.Plans

PUBLIC NOTICENOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT 1 TO THE WESTERN DOWNS PLANNING SCHEME
Notice is given under section 18(6) of the Planning Act 2016that on 21 August 2019, Western Downs Regional Counciladopted Amendment 1 to the Western Downs PlanningScheme.
The Western Downs Planning Scheme, incorporatingAmendment 1, will commence on and from 2 September 2019.
Amendment 1 to the Western Downs Planning Scheme is amajor amendment to the scheme reflecting regulatoryrequirements, adopted recommendations of the IndustrialLand Use Strategy including rezoning Rural and Industrial land,changes to levels of assessment for low risk development andminor drafting and administrative corrections.
From the date of commencement, the Western Downs PlanningScheme will be available for inspection and purchase at thefollowing Customer Contact Centres:

– GREAT SANDY MARINE PARK
Pursuant to Section 119 of the Marine Parks Regulation 2017(the Regulation), a Restricted Access Area was declared on15 June 2018 for the area to be known as ex-HMAS TobrukRestricted Access Area in the Great Sandy Marine Park.
The ex-HMAS Tobruk Restricted Access Area is located in HerveyBay and is bounded by the following coordinates referenced to theGDA 94 datum:
• 24°52.680’S 152°47.700’E• 24°53.280’S 152°47.700’E• 24°53.280’S 152°48.420’E• 24°52.680’S 152°48.420’E
Pursuant to Section 119 (4) of the Marine Parks Regulation2017 (the Regulation), the ex-HMAS Tobruk Restricted AccessArea is revoked as the Tobruk Area declared on 3 May 2019 isbound by the same coordinates as the ex-HMAS TobrukRestricted Access Area and makes the reason no longer exist forcontinuing the Restricted Access Area.
