When necessary, the members of The Committee on Committees (COC) vote via e-mail to appoint

new members to committees. The following were changes that the COC were made aware of, voted

on and approved.

Due to the resignation of Professor Valerie Small (Speech Department) in February, 2012

from the Committee on Course and Standing, Professor Emily Gordon from the Department of

Basic Educational Skills was nominated and confirmed by the members of the Committee on

Committees as a full voting member for The Committee on Course and Standing on 4/18/12.

Due to the resignation of Professor Glenn Burdi (Business Department) from the Committee

on Ceremonial Occasions for the 2012-2013 Standing Committees, Professor Helmut Loeffler

from the History Department was nominated and confirmed by the members of the Committee on

Committees as a full voting member on 4/23/12.
