We can design a custom ad to your liking. First, we would need you to email over your company logo as well as your agent photo. We prefer them to be at high resolution for best print quality (minimum 300 DPI) FOR THE MASTHEAD We need the following information: COMPANY NAME COMPANY ADDRESS COMPANY PHONE NUMBER FULL NAME TITLE CELL PHONE NUMBER OFFICE EXTENSION EMAIL & WEB ADDRESS CATCH PHRASE OR SLOGAN (Optional) ADVERTISING LISTINGS: You can submit your own photo's (optional) however, we would prefer that they are sent high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). You can leo send over the property information via an email or a Microsoft word document. We can also access your listings via MLS, so all you would need to do is supply us with your multiple listing numbers. From there, we can pull the photo, town, price & descriptions of your properties. We will include any necessary real estate logos (equal housing opportunity, realtor, MLS logo's) You will receive a PDF proof of your ad via email. We will be able to make any necessary adjustments that you may have to the ad before it is sent to the printer.
