As stou-r in the budget report we art 2 percent under our 9-month projection cf estimated expenditures for the first 9 months of the fiscal year We are sonethat under our 9-ront projection of travel expenditures and slightly ovtr in salary expenditures due to the increased time of support staff workshyinp or the Population Report on contraceptive prevalence surveys as well as othtr data brought back fror thc field
