  • Basic Constraints/Impediments faced during 1st Quarter of 3rd Performance Year

Since Quarter started in September 2020 while new Policy was implemented since October 1st, 2020. as a new Policy, the districts required some adjustment time to acclimatize the performance indicators.

Due to 28 Days of Strike, the 40 Net Judicial Working Days per judicial officer in 02 months couldn’t be achieved. This also effected the target disposal on Per Day basis.

New Policy also focused on availability of HR for the vacant positions, which is a time consuming exercise.
