Secondary Crusher - Inner Body Liner

Inner body liner replaced from mild steel to wear plate. This could give 6 times

more life on the crusher body thus reduce maintenance cost on long term.

Mild steel liners has been superconditioned using double layer Xaloy52 (work hardening) to

prevent plates from wearing off. Side plate life can be extended to 6 months from previously

1 month.

*Hardox plates gives 2.5 months service life.

Crusher Body Repair – Using Diffusaloy 6180

Supported Lean Tuck Eng. Sdn Bhd in providing high quality welding electrodes & certified

welders to join heavy manganese steel to crusher body. Full job was completed in 2 days &

job was performed at Sing Cheong Eng. Sdn Bhd( Semenyih).

Cast Iron Bearing Housing Repair MECNICOM

Cast Iron bearing housing used for Jaw crusher is found to be worn out. The internal area is

gauged out, & heated to remove excess oil. Then, high nickel ( CACI 540) welding electrode

is used to overlay the worn out area.

The housing is later subjected to machining to desired final dimension.

Crusher Body Repair – Using Diffusaloy 6180

( Onsite job)

Performed onsite jaw crusher crack repair using Diffusaloy 6180 high manganese joining

welding electrode which exhibit extraordinary elongation property on manganese structures.

This material is also crack resistant . Before welding , the crack is gouged & arrested using

Mecnicom Supergauge electrode.
