We are proud to announce the successful completion of the new London office for
Quantum Pacific Capital at 7 Clarges Street.
First and foremost, the new premises of Quantum Pacific Capital are primely
situated at Mayfair, one of the most prestigious business locales in the world. What
makes 7 Clarges Street an exquisite location for Quantum Pacific is the fact that
is sitting amongst some of the world’s leading businesses, ranging from boutique
asset management firms to global corporate headquarters.
On top of that, the bespoke design of the building creates an elegant atmosphere
that cannot be overlooked as soon as you enter. Furthermore, 7 Clarges Street
meets the highest standards of sustainability as it is using state-of-the art
technology to optimise the building’s energy consumption in the best possible
way.
The scope of the project involved project management and cost consultancy
services for the business. Having set the barriers high, Quantum Pacific Capital
required a high quality driven project which is why the JAC Team was selected to
deliver the project. What made this project particularly exciting was the fact that
it required coordination amongst multiple locations - UK, The Netherlands, Israel.
The end result of the project was astonishing. The reception features natural light
which makes the area feel welcoming. The circular meeting room is a state-of-the-
art design while the timber flooring has been modelled on Palace of Versailles
timber floors.
