MANAGEMENT PROFILE OF QUANTPROJECTS LIMITED
BRIEF ON DIRECTORS The Board of QuantProjects Limited is made of men who are not only educated and forthright, but also highly experienced in their core discipline.
1. Prine Jide Sikuade B.Sc.Mech. Engrg: Prince Sikuade is the Chairman on the board of the company. He is professionally a mechanical engineer. He graduated from the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and thereafter did many appreciative courses in Management. He has many years of working experience with Julius Berger Nigeria Limited (now Julius Berger Nigeria Plc), Public Works Corporation, Ednide Nigeria limited. He is currently Chairman– Jide Sikuade and Company Limited, Director- Laslaw Nigeria limited, Director- Datacomms Limited, Director- Goldfields Limited, Director/Consultant- Phoenix Steel Mills Limited and Director/Consultant- Blackstone Crushing Company Limited.
2. Mr. Kolajo C.Adewale Esq. B.Sc. Econs. LLB. BL. FCS : Barrister C.A Kolajo, is a Director on the board of the company.He is basically an Economist. He graduated in economics from the University of Ibadan before he went further to study Law at the University of Lagos. He has many years working experience with Continental Merchant Bank Plc, Nigeria International Securities Ltd. (member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) Premier Venture Capital Company Ltd. Merchant Securities Ltd (member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) etc. At various times, he was Head of Company Secretarial Services, Company Secretary, Head of Debt Recovery and Registrar. He is presently in active Legal Service.
3. Mr. Kolajo O.Olwatoyin B.Sc. Mech. Engrg: Engr. Kolajo O.O. is a Director on the board of the company. He is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a wealth of experience in the Drilling, Telecommunications and Brewery industries. He obtained a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos.He is Currently the Managing Director of Funkare Limited. He has been a previous employee of Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Ltd. ( M-TEL) and Jos International Breweries (JIB). He has worked as an Operations Engineer in both industries before joining the board of the Company.

It is endowed with highly industrious and diligent management staff and workers. Premium is placed on work quality, workers safety, project management and efficient work process.

A. GEOTECHNIC AND FOUNDATION SERVICES 1. Engineering Subsoil Investigations
This is of fundamental importance for the continued stability of engineering structures such as private or industrial buildings, roads highways, bridges, jetties and dams etc.
2. Geophysical/Geological and Hydrographical investigations
Using our geophysical sounding technique and other methods, we undertake investigations to reveal ground water accumulation, delineation of salt/fresh water interface, delineation of strata, and search for mineral resources of an area including well logging. We also carry out above water studies for dredging and other related purposes.
3. Foundation Piling Works
On sites, which have very weak soils to significant depth, piles are the engineering devices, which allow the construction of building, bridges and roads to be made without fear of failure.
4. Construction of Pile Caps
Based on our experience, not all construction companies can correctly position the designed superstructure on piles. It is therefore a great advantage to the client when we are retained after completion of piles to undertake the construction of the necessary pile caps, ground beams or slab in consonance with the structural engineer’s design.
5 Groundwater Control and Dewater System
We carry this out in conjunction with environmental services and find application on engineering site that requires groundwater lowering
6. Mineral Exploration (Etc)
We also engage in all aspects of mineral exploration and exploitation including Industrial Mineral Processing.
7. Dredging
We carry out water clearing, sand stockpiling and sand filling plus other related dredging operations.
B. DRILLING AND WATER SERVICES
1. Construction of Water Boreholes We undertake the drilling and completion of water boreholes for interested persons and organization consequent however upon proof that there is a dependable ground water aquifer in a client’s site.
2. Re-Activation and Maintenance of Water Borehole
Apart from the resuscitation of old and abandoned water wells, we also carry out well maintenance which is of fundamental importance in increasing not only the longevity of wells but also in achieving best possible yield and continuous reliability.
3. Water and Wastewater Treatment/plants We set up plants based on the size/request of our clients.
4. Laying of Pipes and irrigation Works
We lay pipes for easy accessibility of water to the populace/homes for domestic, industrial or irrigational purposes.
5. Construction and Ground and Overhead Tanks and Reservoir
We undertake installations of Overhead Tanks and Reservoirs based on the requirements of our clients, using steel or concrete structures.
6. Filter, Gravel Packs and Vibrating Screens
We provide and install for our clients filters, gravel packs and vibrating screens. 7. Short Hole Drilling for Site Assessment and Seismic Shooting
In conjunction with our geotechnics and environmental services, we undertake short hole drilling for environmental sampling, seismic works, monitoring well design and construction for ground water monitoring pollution studies and remediation works

The company offers a comprehensive range of services in the broad spectrum of building and civil engineering project such as: Construction of buildings, Construction of water distribution networks and overhead storage tanks, Construction of roads e.g. Rural, Urban, Estate roads etc.
