Our Heavy Duty silicone hose (SH), offers an option between our standard 3 Ply SH and GOSH compatible SH. 1 year warranty.

The construction of Heavy Duty SH exceeds our standard 3 Ply SH. Designed for EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) 2013.

Heavy Duty SH offers higher burst pressures than conventional polyester reinforced hoses and offers better service with GOSH Extended Life coolants.

OAT (Organic Acid Technology) resistant silicone hose (SH), offers an option between EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers), standard polyester SH and FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber) lined SH, both from a cost and performance aspect. 2 year warranty.

The construction of the GOSH hose eliminates some of the potential failure points of a FVMQ liner and standard polyester SH whilst out performing EPDM.

The GOSH Grade will also operate at a higher temperature and burst pressure than conventional polyester reinforced silicone hoses.

Designed for the demanding requirements of bus & truck applications and meets and exceeds SAE J20 R1 Class A. Primarily designed for the use in coolant and heating systems.

Silicone hoses are specically designed for use in coolant systems on trucks, buses, passenger cars, generators, railway engines and many other vehicle and industrial applications where connections are required between rigid or flexible metal pipes. They are ideal for joining pipes of similar or differing diameters - reducers. We are able to supply anything from a one-off prototype through to series production batches.

Quality and performance

Our silicone hoses are designed to connect metal pipe work and components, in systems using water and ethylene glycol based coolants and (OAT) Organic Additive Technologies. Manufactured from only the highest quality silicones and reinforcement fabrics, silicone hoses are designed to operate at temperatures between -50°C upto 200°C and at operating pressures of 2.5 - 4 bar.

Using premium-quality silicone materials, polyester and meta-aramid fabrics, silicone hoses are manufactured and tested to the strictest industry standards.

Specialised hoses can be designed upon request to withstand temperatures of +200°C and resist the aggressive environment of EGR applications.

Small Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) for use with WEG (coolant) applications.

Versatile - one length of superflex hose can be used to create many shapes and angles including 45°, 90° and 135° applications.

Enables stock reduction - one superflex hose can be used to replace many standard applications, thus reducing stock holding.

Suitable for coolant and air applications - optimum performance across a temperature range of –70°C to 170°C; resistance to both positive and negative pressures.

Castellated for flexibility and strength - 3 plys of polyester reinforced silicone; 1.2mm thick galvanised steel wire helix running inside the wall of the hose to enable hoses to be manoeuvred without weakening or causing stress.
