PRIME study findings:
• Almost all Erasmus students have a signed learning agreement
• 73 % signed the learning agreement before the departure
• 73 % changed at the receiving institution
• 20 % feel being downgraded
• 73 % successful recognition
• 22 % had to repeat at least some of their courses / exams upon return
Recognition issues persists despite Erasmus Programme running for more than 25 years

• All parties must sign the document but original signatures are not compulsory any more (scanned copies or digital signatures acceptable)
• Changes to the original learning agreement must be confirmed by all parties –approval by email is sufficient

mobility programme and to guarantee full recognition
