Jonas’ Story Originally, when I worked with my father, we built hickory rockers. People saw the actual pieces; there was no need to advertise, as people saw the items they were going to purchase. We added new items to the line as customers requested them. Satisfied customers told others; all of our advertising wasword-of-mouth. I created oak and cherry chairs and rockers, when hickory became difficultto find. I named this line The Woodland Style. Customers began to ask for patio furniture that could be left outside in all seasons. Of course, they didn’t want the integrity or finish to be damaged In 2001 a customer brought me some poly lumber to experiment with. This ended up being the answer to making an all-weather line of goods that retained it’s original condition and color, no matter how harsh the sun or snow. No need to move the patio furniture into the garage---just leave it out all year long! Our products are still handcrafted to order and available in many colors and color combinations. Currently, we offer balcony, pub, and dining tables in many different sizes. There are three styles of chairs to choose from, as well as adirondack chairs, swings, gliders, benches, and end tables. At one time my grandfather, father, and I all built rockers. Now, my son is also in the business!

LIVEN IT UP...

...WITH COLOR!!

All of our Poly Furniture is made from high-densitypolyethylene (HDPE). It contains an added UV protective agent that resists fading. It never requires painting orstaining, and will not promote bacterial growth. This durablematerial also stands up to the harshest outdoor conditions, will not rot or splinter, and is not affected by most corrosive substances.

In order to maintain the beauty of your furniture, clean it regularly with nonabrasive soap and water. Most colors require cleaning several times a year, however some colors such as white and other lighter colors may require more frequent cleaning. In the event that your furniture shows signs of heavy soil or stains, it also may be necessary to spray it with a non abrasive cleanser. You may then scrub it with a soft bristle brush or use a high-pressure power washer. Pressures should not exceed 1500 psi, and you should always keep the spray nozzle no closer than 8” to 12” away from the surfaces. Finish up with a rinse of warm water.

Never place flower pots or any items on your furniture that will leave stains, and never place extremely hot items directly onto the furniture to avoid any possibility of melting.

The fasteners we use are all stainless steel and naturally resist corrosion, but use caution in extreme conditions such as coastal regions. We recommended that you regularly rinse it with fresh water to ensure the longevity of your furniture and fasteners.

Properly cared for, your fine Hostetler poly furniture will provide many years of comfort and enjoyment!
