Terms of Engagement• Adaptive shall publish an
annual calendar for the training.• All trainings shall be conducted
at Adaptive premise.• For any specific program, one
client can nominate at most 5 candidates.
• Training credits need to be utilized 25% in each quarter.
• If due to any foreseen event, a scheduled program can not be held, Adaptive shall provide additional INR 500 credit to the client.
• Clients need to purchase the program coupons in the beginning of the financial year and can spend the same all throughout the year.
• Program cancellation / rescheduling charges apply.
