Quality Assurance Procedure
Virtual Meeting with QA experts
T1.4 Quality assurance task
• Main goal: assure the high quality level of deliverables and key project events
• Internal QA is performed by Slovenian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport (MIZS)
• External QA is performed by 3 already nominated experts (DoW): dr. Christian Hartmann (AT), dr. Lena Tsipouri (GR) and dr. Jadranka Švarc (HR)
Concept Note
• Each task on WPs starts with a concept note– For deliverables / reports– For events
• Produced when the task/activity starts and need to be sent to WP leader, QA task leader MIZS and Coordinator - [email protected]
Quality Assurance Procedure
5 steps for each deliverable:• Submission of deliverable to QA procedure• Assessment of deliverable and producing peer
review report• Revision of deliverable• Verification of changes• Finalization, publishing and submission of
deliverable to EC
Submission to QA
• WP leader is responsible for submition of deliverable 1 month before the end of predefined month in DoW
• Communication to QA task leader MIZS and project Coordinator [email protected] in CC
Assessment and peer review report
• INTERNAL QA: QA leader (MIZS) assesses the deliverable and produce peer review report
• EXTERNAL QA: Some identified deliverables are assessed by external experts responsible for QA. Experts produce peer review report
• QA experts are sending peer review report to MIZS ([email protected]) and ZSI ([email protected]) within 14 days
• Peer review report is sent by MIZS to authors and WP leader
Revision
• Authors revise the deliverable in 10 days • WP leader is sending deliverable to MIZS and ZSI for QA.
Verification• QA leader (MIZS) and external experts (where
applicable) verify implementation of corrections and changes of the deliverable in 5 days
• If accepted it is recommended that revised deliverable is published

Centers, due in month 6, SIG• Concept note D2.9 Mapping of relevant stakeholders, due in
month 8, RCISD• … -> and other tasks as well!
