QMI Services also provides the software and controls to interface customer host as well as shipping software.

Cubing / Dimensioning SystemsSystems that automatically capture product and parcel dimensions. Options for weighing, legal for trade, and capturing volume of irregular shapes are part of our offering.

In-Motion Checkweigher SystemsSystems to capture weights of products inline with existing or new conveyors. Applications include shipping weight for manifest, product quality control, order picking validation, and food/beverage compliance. Washdown and legal for trade options are also available.

Qbit™ TNT Track and Trace ApplicationQbit-TNT is part of many Qbit IMS installations. The ability to track several packag-es, barcodes, weights, dimensional data, etc. is crucial when creating data packets that will transmit to host systems with each of these critical fields. Qbit-TNT may run in 1 or more instances on a system depending on the need to track and trace various items in numerous stages of the process.

Qbit™ DB for Semi-Automated ApplicationsQbit-DB is a Windows based software tool that collects, stores, and manages cube and weight data received from a CubiScan product for multiple units of measure or pack types. A Qbit DB solution may include either a receiving or shipping appli-cation. Qbit DB is designed specifically around CubiScan hardware such as the CubiScan 25, 100, 110, 125, 150, and semi-automated applications for the 200-TS and 210 systems.

QMI Controls for Motion Based Systems Nearly every automation project includes electrical controls and PLC program-ming that operates in the background. QMI Services provides in-house electrical design and controls for all systems we install. This is a key advantage in that QMI designs, installs, commissions, and remotely supports all software and controls functions. Our system allows us real-time access (with support sessions initiated or by end users). With this level of support, the vast majority of support is able to be resolved remotely.
