Description

You will never know if the images is loaded when you will save, if you will save 3 times with the same setting, maybe one time will save the

image, another save partial of the image, etc

Openlayers plugin is a 3rd party plugin and AFAIK supporting printing in QGIS composer was never (meant to be) supported. I'm pretty sure anyway that if

the composer scale is set to one of the (fixed) scales used by google maps, bing, etc. then you will get aligned layers and backgrounds.
