Meeting with ENIC/NARIC representatives in Warsaw, 21st June 2011
Present countries: Bolgaria, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia
commented on the table and present latest progression in NQF preparation where available
Conclusion: As in most countries in diploma recognition procedure,
diploma is recognised and positioned as in the country of origine,
knowing that old higher education system were symilar and taking
into account regional mobility we realize that different alignements
of old diplomas between countries as observed lead to discrimination
of diplomas gained in one of the countries. This fact calls for another
discussion on the reasons of such decision and differences within the
NQF representatives group.
