Situation
Many customer, Buyer and Agent who current doing very good business in Vietnam with limited PO number and Volume
Issues#1: it is too expensive to have QC staff from other region such as BKK, HK, China to do QC job in Vietnam due to Air ticket, Hotel and time
Issue #2: it is difficult to hiring the independent QC staff with expected service quality and reasonable expenditure
